Binance CSV file import not working

Hello,

I have generated 2 CSV files for 2021 and 2022 using the Binance ‘Generate all statements’ link.
However, the files for 2022 always gives me an error when trying to upload: “The selected file was not recognized and could not be imported successfully”.

The 2021 loads correctly.

The only difference is that the 2022 is larger since it contains more transactions, that is all.

I am doing this because the API results in completely wrong balances for some reason.

Please help.

It could be that some elements of the files have been changed.

You should reach out via email or chat. Or create a ticket in Discord.

That way you can send us the files so we can examine them. And we would be able to test your API keys as well
