I am trying to sync with Blockfi but it is not highlighted/clickable. Does not anyone any suggestions? thank you.

Blockfi does not support API connection at the moment actually. You’ll need to upload your Blockfi transactions vis CSV file. Here is how: How to Report Your BlockFi Taxes | Tax Forms
I just tested adding a new wallet and I was able to add Blockfi wallet to my account. If for some reason you are not able to select Blockfi wallet and add it to your account, I recommend reaching out on the chat, and the support team and look at your specific account to see if something is wrong.
