Can you please fix the API integration for Helium Hotspot wallet. Transactions do not sync properly/completely.
This is an issue with the Helium API, and has nothing to do with us. We have tried to implement workarounds for a long time, but it’s simply not possible at this moment. The Helium API infrastructure seems to be more or less completely broken for the past 4-5 months. We have also mentioned that here: Blockchain and wallet limitations | Coinpanda Help Center
The only thing I can recommend now is that you contact Helium developers about this issue. I’m sure they must be aware since this has been ongoing since at least August. Let us know if you hear back from them!
