I am trying to submit a Help Ticket, however, when I click the Captcha checkmark it gives me a “Failed” captcha red box at the top. I cannot submit my ticket. Are there any numbers are email addresses to email directly?

Just did a quick test and it seems to be working fine. Can you try clearing out the browser cache and cookies or try a new browser as well.
