Please add support for token GoodDollar (G$)

I don’t see GoodDollar (G$) on Coingecko at all. On Coinpanda only tokens that are listed on Coingecko are supported as that is where the price data is pulled from. Since you use a token that is not listed, this just means you’ll need to enter the price of the token manually on your account.
