Dear Sirs,
I have exported my trezor accounts into a trezor wallet septup.
BTC exports okay, upload is a few seconds
ETH exports okay uploads in a few seconds
Zcash exports okay, upload just gets stuck in “unloading” never finishes
export-zec- prefix with 13 numbers
Also the autosync does not seem to pick up the Zcash accound either
Help would be much appreciated

Can you try deleting the wallet for zcash and then try importing it again? If you are using the public address and there is still an issue can you try importing using a CSV file instead?
tried both several times it does not work.
account CSV file name when manually up loaded is different on tresor by account
niether manual routes work or the api for zcash

The Trezor CSV file integration is very experimental, to say the least, because details about currencies are not included in the file. That’s why we are using the filename to interpret which currency is sent/received. If the file gets “stuck uploading” it means our code doesn’t know how to interpret some of the data in the file. It could be because Trezor has made any changes we are not aware of. If you can send us the file to [email protected], we can fix this for your file.
Zcash API sync: I just tested API import with several addresses and all transactions were synced correctly. If you can dm me your public address we can look into this as well.
